We make our beers in the German tradition, but our phliosophy is local: it's in the name of our beers, chosen for the beauty around us; it's in the local ingredients we use; and it's in how we support our local community.

Hiawassee Golden Ale

Simple clean and refreshing, uses Centennial hops and 7 different grains. Available on tap and in bottles.

Year Round Beers

 

 

 
Toccoa Brown Ale

 

Brown ale with a hint of coffee and chocolate.  We cold press the dark grains to give this a chocolate taste without the bitter flavor. Available on tap and in bottles.

Chief Whitepath White IPA

 

Refreshing White IPA featuring lime leaf tea, lemongrass, and Mosaic and Calypso hops. Available on tap and in cans.

Authentic German style Helles lager using German grain and hops. Available on tap and in cans.

Moonlight Harvest Chocolate Rye Porter

 

Rye gives it a spicy taste.  2017 Only.  Aged in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels.​ Available November through March.

Black Bear Black Lager

 

A German Schwarzbier using Vanilla Bean to bring out the chocolate taste. Available November through March.

Fightingtown Ale

 

A pale ale using Amarillo hops, this pale ale is the exclusive house beer at Fightingtown Tavern in downtown Blue Ridge.

Rory's Pumpkin Ale

 

Pumpkin Beer that uses real pumpkin, Georgia pecans.  2017 Only.  Aged in Breckenridge Bourbon Barrel. Available September through November.

Red Headed Woman Fruit Beer

 

Uses real strawberries from our friends at Mercier Orchards.  Available June through July.
